Bulk Order - DEPOSIT

Placing a bulk order requires a non-refundable deposit. Be sure to read the following before adding the deposit item of your choice to your shopping cart. This is a contract to buy a half or whole beef. One beef this year will go to the butcher in early June and be ready to pick up by the end of the month. The second will go in early July. To purchase a share of a beef you will need to finish paying us for the whole or half animal based on the market price on the April USDA monthly grass fed beef report for the hanging weight of the animal at the time of harvest.

We will only be selling one steer this year by halves or whole, the other one will be dedicated to cuts for us to sell at markets.

A half can be from our June steer, but if you want a whole, it will be the July steer so we can return to serving our customers at market a full selection of cuts as soon as possible.

Pricing is in on our first beef of the year! We will be charging $8.70/lb for a whole and $9.00/lb for a half.

We will be happy to help you in filling out your cut sheet so you can get the cuts of meat that you desire and you can pick up your share directly from Local Cuts Meat Company in Zephyr Texas once we've received payment and release your share. If we don't get a reservation and payment in time we will fill out the cut sheet the way that we would for our regular retail sales.
